We intensively train our reps in the alps for 4 days before the start of every season and have been doing this for over 6 years.

From the moment they board your coach the reps are on hand 24 hours a day to support your group. They are well briefed and trained in order to make your arrivals and departures run like clockwork. They visit every room everyday and are proactive in ensuring that everyone in your group is getting the most from the amazing holiday package that you've chosen for them.

The reps will help you to get any additional information you want to your group members and in addition to the apres ski thats already set up for your week they can help arrange any special events that you want for your group. Not only do our reps get involved on the organisation and social side of your holiday, they will also go skiing with you and your group throughoput the week. Our comprehensive safety management system ensures that the safety of you are your group members is of paramount importance on all tours.
