In its second year now our online room allocation takes all the work off your hands and allows your group to allocate each other into the rooms they prefer. This system is completely live and is a far cry from you and your committee having to spend hours trailing through bits of paper and an excel spreadsheet.

If you would prefer not to deal directly with the return of damage deposits we can do this for you and return the deposit directly to each persons credit or debit card. This will be accompanied by an email to each passenger informing them they have been refunded and in rare cases if and why they have been charged.

As group leader the booking system will recognise you when you log in and give you access to our advanced interactive group leader section.
